I.T Champion by name, now champion of I.T at MSL & DASL

Once I had a PC, it had no hard drive, used a floppy disk, had never heard of Windows updates – it was bliss.  But now, after hours of setting up new PC’s, sorting out sharing rules, getting in a pickle with Windows 10 changing my settings (how very dare you), worrying about backups, learning about Pop3, IMAP, Exchange, trying to keep on top of new strategy and tactics – I have retired!  Well, in fact, I have given all my worries to a champion. I have been aware of the growing business of Matt Phillips and Dave Wiscombe for some time, but never got around to formalising our relationship until the last two weeks, when my spirit broke (see opening paragraph). After an email plea to Matt he sent in one of his team, Glen Gould, and wow, what a champion! I explained my muddled thinking, exasperations, concerns, despondency and Glen came back with explanations, guidance, a plan, and a timetable for execution. Now with phase 1 execution complete I can return to dealing with all my other little worries, concerns and plans for DASL & MSL and leave the I.T support to the Champion.
